We kindly invite you to submit your seminar proposal for Wood Products & Technology 2022. There will be three scenes with awareness-raising seminars and cases from the industry’s leading people gathered under four themes – Digitisation, Skills supply, Sustainability and circular solutions and The new usage of wood for public construction.
We plan to arrange all seminars physically, including some digital elements.

Basic criteria for submission:
- Presentations must be up-to-date
We encourage companies and customers to present current and up-to-date solutions and experiences. The presentation should include customer cases, market trends, inspirational lectures and good examples that can inspire our visitors. Avoid sales presentations to increase interest from the audience.

Scenes for Wood Products & Technology 2022
- Building with wood
Focusing on building, construction, architecture and industrial construction in wood. - The Technology scene
Presenting the latest technology and smartest solutions for woodworking and the sawmill industry, for production as well as for tools. - Wood Fusion
Focusing on the interior of the future, carpentry, fittings, furniture industry, new materials with wood as a base and digitisation.
Practical information
- Each seminar slot is about 20 minutes
- On stage there will be standing tables and standard technical equipment, such as a speaker system and screen
- Technicians are on site for the duration of the stage program
- Exposure of the seminar on digital screens
- Exposure of your program item on Wood Products & Technology’s website
A seminar at Wood Products & Technology is usually 20 minutes long and is to be conducted as a stage presentation with the support of PowerPoint. If another format is desired, such as presentation length or type of lecture (eg workshop), this must be clearly stated in the submitted description.

For your seminar to be considered for Wood Products & Technology 2022, the following deadlines apply:
- 1 April 2022: proposal submission deadline
- 2 May 2022: notification of proposal acceptation/rejection
- 30 August-2 September 2022: dates for Trä & Teknik 2022
Admitted speakers are asked to promote the trade fair in its entirety (as well as their own seminar)
Spread the word about your seminar on social media and among colleagues! Engage with your networks and invite customers and your desired audiences via your own channels – in newsletters, on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
All accepted speakers will be provided with different types of marketing material.
In parallel with the trade fair’s own marketing campaign, it is important that we help each other to spread the message and attract an audience – by working together we create more interest!
