Our automation control system deliveries are suitable for both individual machines and entire lines and plants.

 SERVICES of PRONOR CONTROL Ltd; automation Electrical and automation design: Our database-based system enables flexible data transfer for the electrical and mechanical parts of projects, as well as for programming and documentation.

Automation planning and programming: We program e.g. Siemens TIA Portal, -S7 and -S5, and Beckhoff systems, from small modernization to complete systems as a turnkey service. We implement the synchronization of the conveyors with electrical synchronization.

By using frequency converters with mains braking, the need for brake resistors is eliminated. With the technology, we achieve savings of up to 45 % in electrical energy and reduced heat generation in electrical facilities, which means that the need for cooling the premises is substantially reduced.

Our programming solution can be connected either as a part or as a replacement to all existing systems. 

Controls, user interfaces and operating panels: User interface implementations that facilitate the use of processes and production lines, which provide clear and unambiguous information for the needs of each customer, to the extent desired by the customer.

Component choices: We try to identify the components to be used with our customer in mutual agreement. We only use components freely available on the market.

Installation supervision and consulting services: Installation supervision and consulting service to help the customer. We specialize in the automation of sawmills. We own a subsidiary with which we work in the delivery of overall projects.

Our Pronor Mecanic Ltd. mechanical deliveries are aimed at various section in the sawing industry, starting with the modernization of individual machines and equipment and continuing to deliveries of entire plants. Supply of accessories and spare parts for existing equipment is also included in our scope of delivery.
